No fangs, no venom. Just a pencil-thin, green, reptile trying to get along.
Now trying deperately to think of a clever shell tie in.....
Got it! I have a friend who owns the American International Rattlesnake
Museum in Albuquerque. It is actually quite nice and he has live displays
of common and rare rattlers plus thousnads of snake related items. He also
collects shells and is especially interested in shells with "snake names" -
like: Cypraea caputserpentis, Mitra pelliserpentis, Tegula pelliserpentis,
Chiton pelliserpentis, Cymbiola serpentina, and Scabricola serpentina.
Anyone know of others?
Thanks,
