Mike,
I do not have experience with living animals of cowries so only shells are
of use to me. Good pictures of shells of artuffeli are of great interest.
R.G.Noseworthy sent me some time ago three shells from South Korea, which
he designated as artuffeli but they are in fact beached C. gracilis.
