I recall the Postal Service ceremony was written up in either
Of Sea & Shore, Hawaiian Shell News, or one of the other hobby

P.S. - (writing from rainy [water-logged!] Philadelphia where
the Philadelphia Shell Show is underway -- many familar and
new faces attended today...the exhibits are great and numerous
dealers are participating. Come visit tomorrow (Sunday) if
you are in the area of the Philadelphia Academy of Natural
Sciences.)
