If anyone has been communicating recently with Peter Borone, whose email
address says "Peter Pandavera" from the Solomon Islands, could they
contact me privately? (and avoid purchasing ambergris from that
locality, by the way: the stuff, although ethically ok (contrary to
popular opinion.....it doesn't become useable by the perfume industry
until it's been floating around the ocean for years and years!!), is
notoriously difficult to identify and these days hardly EVER comes from
the Solomons (although in the past this was not the case, apparently -
so in the minds of many, there is still a connection between the two).
