Dear Carole,
I agree with you that there has been A LOT of personal letters in the list
and that those letters should be kept private.
We should also delete all parts from the previous message that are not
linked with our message. It would shrink downloading time for everybody and
is part of a good Netiquette.
On the other hand, $2.75 A MINUTE is not a fee, it's an extortion. US is
known to have the least expensive Internet in the whole world. Here in
Brazil I pay around US$ 0,0347 a minute for my Internet provider, plus the
use of my telephone. Nothing that can keep me awake thinking about the
good/bad use of the Conch-L. ;-))
