In August 2006 I travelled to Japan and had chance to
visit Tsukiji fish market, probably world's biggest.

I have written a field trip report about this
experience which has been published on the newsletter
of Società Italiana di Malacologia.  It has an
extensive English translation and the online version
allows you to enjoy plates in full color.
