Hello there,
I was wondering if anyone knows if it is legal to collect shells that are
washed up on the beaches in the US Virgin Islands, specifically St.
Thomas? I collect dead, beach shells as a hobby gone awry.

Also, can anyone suggest some good places otherwise in the Caribbean. I
am not interested in snorkeling or diving for shells - I simply like to
collect from the beach.

Thank you for your time and the information.
