Dear all,
It is late, and all night I have been entering issues of Strandloper into
my system, out of a large shipment I received earlier this week. What a
boring job! But then, I suddenly found this in issue 201 (1980):
Gastropoda (by Gus Gerguson):
We study in zoology
mollusca of both land and sea
But that is all. I wonder why
No species has ever learnt to fly
The shell would simply have to be
Of the frailest CO3
Infused with flatal methane gas
Which instantly reduces mass
A snail who poineers the air
A univalve Montgolfier
Now that will give Art something to thing about
Patty
