To all:

Former generations gloried in conquest and built nations. It is left to us
to spin webs. I have been working on a site for some time, adding and making
changes, and would like to share the work so far and put it up for comment,
particularly from the professional community specializing in this field.
Please have a look. It is my hope to create a space free of commercial glitz
and clutter, and in some way benefit freshwater mollusks in their vulnerable
habitat. The URL is

Happy New Year to all! ... It won't even look like a date without that "19"
-- an address, maybe? -- and none of us will live to see another "C" in a
current Roman Numeral date! Thanks,

Martin Kohl
