Commercial use of the list is prohibited, but a mention of new
publications available shouldn't be against the spirit of the list.
In fact, it would probably be appreciated by most of the list
members.

although I am member of the list, I have always avoided to advertise the
malacological books edited by my publishing company, as I assumed that any
kind of advertising is somehow contrary to the spirirt of the list. I see
that other publishers, or shelldealers do not act the same way. I would
