Adding to the list of species regularly eaten, I guess we can include
Littorina in many areas -- years ago anyway.  Don't know about today.  And
Babylonia areolata, on sale by street vendors in Bangkok, Thailand.  As well
as the large murex in western Mexico and Central America (M. brassica, M.
erythrostomus, M. regius, and M. radix).
