See, I've saved your e-mail telling about the website that gives world time.
  When I had a daughter in Hawaii (loved the diving and shelling) and
another in Germany (loved the food), it would have been nice to know where
the site was so I'd know if I was calling them at 4 in the morning or 4 in
the afternoon.  They tell me it was a real trick to figure out how far apart
they were and what the time was.

Don't take some of the people on the Conch-L that serious.
