In answer to the above -- probably never.  As I heard it, Rockel and gang
(as you call them) could not agree on the Caribbean cones -- so much so that
the second edition was put on a pretty much permanent hold.  It's a shame as
we can all agree there first volume is superb, but these things happen.  So
don't throw away your Wall's quite yet.
