It seems to me that we could easily put together a more-or-less comprehensive
list of shelling restrictions & bans around the world, from the expertise and
experiences of list members - it could never be 100% complete, but any such list
would certainly be a useful device!!  Although many Conchlers seem to have
"tuned me out" because of past controversies, i will still volunteer my services
in compiling such a list, since i very much wish to know this sort of thing as well.

        So, send them on over to mailto:[log in to unmask], and we'll see what
comes out of it: i feel certain there is enough knowledge around here to make
this work well - let's hope there is enough interest.
