I had 4 packages inspected by F&WL last year. Total cost $460.00. They opened
and inspected one, just opened another and never touched the other two, yet
they were each $115 a pop. All were from the Philippines, all came through
Alaska and all were shipped UPS. Changed carrier who did not bring in through
Alaska and the problem went away.

Frank (not feeling well and am out of action, so to speak) in Massachusetts
