I am a new subscriber to CONCH-L, and look forward to taking part in the discussions.
 
My interest is collecting Shells on Stamps, and would like some help with the new set issued by Hong Kong on 9th November 1997.  This shows "Clam", "Cowrie", "Cone" and "Murex", but I am having difficulty in accurate identifications.  My best bets are for the $1.30: Chlamys gloriosa and Lioconcha castrensis; for the $2.50: Cypraea arabica asiatica and Cypraea lynx; for the $3.10: Conus bandatus and Olivia miniacea; for the $5: Chicoreus palmarosae and Murex tribulus.
 
Some of these I am happy with, but others I am not so sure of.  Help please.
