I have the opportunity to buy shells from a private party, someone who has
inherited a collection and wants to sell it by piece. My question is, other
than the gem and rare shells, should I expect to pay dealer prices? Or
should I pay somewhere between dealer (retail) and wholesale prices. How
much difference is there between wholesale and dealer prices in the industry?
