I haven't a clue.  I know next to nothing about most bivalves - including
oysters.  I do think the Pteria are neat looking, but I have only seen a
couple.  Nerites I have been studying - the rest is out there to enjoy, but
without a lot of knowledge.


Thanks for the great response to the Nerita lindae question. Now is there a
male and female Pteria colymbus(Roding.1798) form?
