Dear Sirs and Ladies,

I have been told that McFaddin Beach at High Island, Texas
is closed to the public.  Is this true?  If so, why and how
long will it be closed?

Does anyone on this list regularly collect at McFaddin
Beach near High Island, Texas?  I ask, beacuse for a web
page I  making I need pictures of the small, flat
concretions / nodules that wash upon McFaddin Beach. I
am trying to find someone who either might have some,
or from which I could obtain pictures of scans, or could
collect a representative sample of them for me next
time that they visit McFaddin Beach. I am specifically
interested in the flat concretions which have round
holes in them.
