Hi, All!

I'm not sure I agree with Bill.   We know from human psychology that some people do not think in words at all but in
mental pictures.   Thus, who is to say that the squid who learns to thread a maze - and this has been demonstrated, if my memory of what I've read serves me correctly - is not thinking when he next correctly negotiates it?

We as the "top species" are sometimes too quick to think of other species as inferior in all respects.

Intelligence?   Draw your own conclusion.
