Yes, I received it also.

My antivirus identifies it as "Exploit/IFr", and in Panda site it is said
that it is an autoexecutable which runs itself without needing you to open
the attachment, so please be extremely cautious. If there is somebody
sending attachments these days, it would be safer to indicate it in the
"Subject" line.
