Hi Roland:
The rights to this book are for a new edition is held by:
Jerry (M. G.) Harasewych, Curator, Department of Malacology
Smithsonian Institute - US National Museum of Natural History

It has been on hold for many years due to work load, and he will probably begin
working on it once he retires in a few years.

Leslie

In a recent post it was mentioned that American Seashells 2nd is a good
reference but is very rare. I've looked for a reasonably priced copy of this
for years. Seems like this would be a good candidate for a re-printing or a 3rd
edition. How about it, you booksellers and editors? I bet you could make money
on this one.
