For any interested in viewing dozens ofshells from the Hawaiian Cypraea teres
complex, I have posted eight pages of data with images of the shells at

http://www.cowrys.org/research/teresdb1.htm

Due to limited web space at the www.cowrys.org site, I will have to limit
the number of weeks that these pages are active. I will post a message to
CONCH-L before taking them off-line.

There are more than six dozen specimens, each shown from six different angles.
These "thumbnail" images are one-fourth (1/4) the size of the primary images. One
full-sized image is available for the the basal view of FOR5, on the first page;
click on the image with the heavy border around it.

Aloha,

Bob Dayle
