Hi Milan

Is that your first posting to the list? Welcome aboard!

I just received a 44mm specimen from
Al Deynzer of Showcase Shells <[log in to unmask]> in Sanibel, Florida:
> Lambis lambis Linne, 1758 Philippines F++/Gem marvelous new dwarf
>form - perhaps "adamii"
>55-75 $35.00
Mine is a very nice full adult but has very short nubs... only one
is long enough to be called a spine, and that one is no longer
proportionally than that of "Strombus" aurisdianae. Very short canal.
Labrum is very thick, with spine bosses set well abaperturally of it.
The entire shell is extremely solid. Sculpture is essentially that of
L. lambis.

I can't send an image because this computer doesn't have room on its
tiny HD for the software, and my new camera isn't here yet.

Regards
Andrew
