There are a couple of Conus granulatus on offer in Fredric Briskin's site.
Most likely from old collections.
Being a species of with a wide range of distribution, I do not think that
it will become extinct or overcollected. IS simply a question of finding
the habitat in a particular reef and be there for collecting. Specimens do
also come from other localities, such as Barbados or Jamaica.
