I've got a beached white cowrie from Margarita, Venezuela. I'm not
aware of many options for what it could be. The teeth look most like
Cypraea acicularis of the species I know. But there's no hint of the
"pie-crust" indentations and the interior is brown. (Is the interior
color variable?) C. mus is the wrong shape. I doubt it's C. cinerea.

Anyone want to look at scans and speculate?

Thanks,

David Kirsh
