Dear Conch-lers,
I think not to have notified this to you before.
The website of Società Italiana di Malacologia has now
a forum.
You can access it from www.sim-online.it .
Unfortunately it is mainly in Italian, but if you can
navigate a little bit the main keywords (e.g. the
title of the discussions) you may well write in
English since most of us read and write in English
too.
A short guide to the main discussions:
"Bibliografia", to look for references
"Segnalazioni interessanti", let others know of your
interesting findings
"Che specie è questa?", literally "what species is
this?", where you can post photos of unknown specimens
hoping others will help you
"Varie" various subjects
"Vita sociale", devoted to meetings and other social
activities by Società Italiana di Malacologia
Best regards
Paolo
