Hi!

According to Okutani (2000), "Marine Mollusks in Japan",
Scutus (Aviscutum) sinensis (Blainville, 1825) is in the
Fissurellidae, and occurs from Southern Hokkaido to Kyushu,
Japan.

However, according to Qi Zhongyan (2004), "Seashells of
China", this species occurs, not only in Japan, but also
along the central and south China coasts, Taiwan, Solomon
Islands, Red Sea, and southern Africa.

It has not yet been recorded from Korea.

All the best!
