University of Michigan Museum of Zoology Mollusk Division would like to
announce the completion of the first phase of our databasing/georeferencing
project, funded by the NSF's Biological Research Collections program. The
unionid collection (over 35,000 lots) can now be searched online at
http://www.ummz.umich.edu/mollusks/databases

We hope you will find this a useful resource (I know that some of you
already have!), and we look forward to your input.

Phase two is our freshwater snail collection!
