Joyce Matthys is the convention chair and I will let her correct me if this
information is incorrect.

According to the convention brochure, the auction chair is Duane & Shannon
Hann whose email is [log in to unmask] . I would suggest you contact them
for shipping instructions for the items you wish to donate to the
convention.

Monies that you wish to donate to COA can be sent to COA at PO Box 12,
Clute, TX 77531.

Hi, Everyone!

After disbanding the Greater St. Louis Shell Club, we have several items to
be donated for the coming convention.  I have the addresses in the "American
Conchologist" and that they cannot be sent until after April 15th.   What is
the cut-off date for these items?

Also, we will eventually have our funds finalized and intend to donate the
balance to COA.   Where should this be sent?    Would this be needed for the
convention, or can it be sent whenever it is ready, possibly after the
cut-off date for convention donations?
