I suspect it's not a juvenile.  As many of you have
collected or seen juvenile C. tigris, you will probably
remember that the coloration on the columellar side
is not normally callused over, and no columellar teeth
would be showing.  The columellar teeth only form
as the labial teeth are forming, so it's probably an
adult freak like the one on George's website.  This
type shell could probably be faked, but it looks very
much like the specimen George has, which has the
labial teeth inside the aperture.  The dorsum doesn't
look juvenile, either.
