If they are indeed conspecific, then Lamarck's name stands as the
older and valid senior synonym, and this name should be used. Unless,
of course, there is a problem with homonymy or some other
complication.

Abbott 1974 makes no mention of either specific name, but makes a
real hash of the genera within the family.
