OK, people who don't like to read about shell-meat recipes already
deleted this message before reading. Anyway, I DO apologise to anyone
who feels that his valuable and costly Internet-time has been abused by
downloading the thread I started.
 
As I feel the subject still is shell-related and deserves a place in the
minds and stomachs of Conch-L I will gratefully adopt the suggestion of
one of our more outstanding members (thank you very much for your
supporting note, Mr Rindsberg !) : please send your recipes and menues
you want to share to my private e-mail, and I'll send a digest of it to
anyone who asks for it.
 
And, please, everybody, don't sign off because of some bad jokes on the
list !
