I am laughing at your note. We also have been through two scanners and can't
find one compatible with our printer... What a pain to set up and take down
and return.
I'm about ready to give up. What kind of printer do you have?

Someone needs to make a scanner that is more user friendly...that can be set
up as easily as a printer.
