Dear Andrew,
I was shelling in Phuket for many times the last 6 years, the best
season is from November till March, the sea is calm and the visibility
is good.
I shelling by snorkeling and I find many kind of shells, but you must
know the correct place. I can't say that Phuket is the best place for
shelling but is enough good and sure you will have nice time there, if
you are need more details contact to me privately. I will be there 3-11
January and from 15 December until 3 January in Vietnam.
