Thanks to those who gave opinions on Acrobat use in the Internet HSN.
 
One question was "how to download photos".  There is no direct way as
with HTML graphics, but it can easily be done by going to the TOOLS menu
and choose "Select Graphics".  This gives a cross hairs cursor.  Drag
the cursor around the margins of the desired graphic ares to make a
rectangular area.  In the EDIT menu choose COPY and the graphic will be
on your clipboard.  On a graphic program in FILE, choose NEW and specify
the size and dots/inch you desire (most often 3 x 3 inches and 100 or
200 dots/inch.  Then in EDIT choose PASTE.  You will then have the
graphic on screen.  Crop to the graphic actual size and save to file.
 
HTML is best for downloading graphics used but printing is laborious.
 
Acrobat is best if you print much of a home page.  The most conservative
of time on line is to left click a link to an Acrobat pdf file and enter
the file and file name (specify .pdf as the file type), and you will
have the home page to read or print off line. You can print any desired
range of pages in the home page.
 
The Burghardt's article is a great one to print for future use in
identifying Chitons.  Later, we will probably have all their articles on
 a CD.
