Lynn Scheu has told me she had trouble in accessing the linked arcticle
on Harvard's new Ecosystem Assessment appraoch, so i figgured others may
be also having this trouble.  I used it to start a new page on my site
:   http://www.schnr-specimen-shells.com/MarineConservationIssues.html
.  It only has the one arcticle so far, but there are a lot of good
links associated with it, inluding one to an interesting-sounding
ecological e-list.
 
If anyone wishes to help out with this page, or knows of similar pages
