I must agree with all the unnessessarily crabby messages which decry
the unusual amount of off-topic messages  (especially political (or
worse, Monical!)!!) floating around here recently.  I would also like to
add for the umteenth time that unthinkingly repeating  messages is also
a form of "Drek", which clutters up the list far more than any other
variety!!! (did that sound crabby to you? - sorry!) - there are still
folks who pay for the time they spend downloading thousands of lines of
**unselective** repeats per month, and i think we should consider them
when deciding whether or not to repeat, delete, or edit out all but the
most relevant portions of a previous message or string of messsages.
