There have been a number of arcticles in the media recently about how
the Northern Pacific may be warming up signifigantly (up to 2 degrees C
- not El Nino related, by the way!), causing a dramatic decrease in
primary productivity in the region, which in turn is apparently having
impacts on many spp, both pelagic and benthic, including whales. Can
someone please direct me towards the actual referreed arcticles that
show this (or the actual studies or reports)?
