Hi Alex!

The one book that immediately came into my mind as a start to the subject
is:
'World-Wide Snails, Biogeographical studies on non-marine Mollusca' by Alan
Solem and A. C. van Bruggen Eds., published by E. J. Brill/Dr. W. Backhuys,
Leiden 1984 (not quite the latest one I'm afraid)

A lot of work is currently under way on the Iberian peninsula, but alas! I
think there is no complete overview on the Iberian non-marine malacofauna
yet, in contrast to Italy or Central Europe.
Just recently I saw a paper on the distribution of the helicid genus Theba
in Spain, but canīt remember where.
I dontīt know about the organized structures of Spanish malacologists, but
occasionally papers about the region show up in the 'Archiv fuer
Molluskenkunde', 'Mitteilungen der DMG' and maybe in 'Basteria' (the dutch
malacological journal).

Just get in touch with me by mail, and maybe I can find more information
for you!
