With regards to using Skin so soft in the note below ... don't dilute
skin-so-soft.  It works great as is.  Diluting it's strength also dilutes it's
power.

Really appreciated all the information on No-see-ums.  We are going to Cape San
Blas a few days after I get home from convention and this time of year they are
bad there.

We have always used the Skin So Soft (diluted)
