Yes, Xenophora lamberti is a valid species, and not only a fossil one, but
also recent. There are no known synonyms.
During the ORSTOM expeditions it was the commonest of the Xenophoridae to
be found.
a good reference can be found in:

recent voorkomende soorten. Vita Marina, sect. Buikpotigen 457-494.(in
Dutch)
The original reference is:
