Here I go. Answering---me!
I guess I started this "Evil-lution" discussion. So let me put it to
bed.
Evolution is a fact. Species change over time. Even Families change
over greater amounts of time. Individuals and their offspring change
faster. That acounts for the moths, DNA, and virus changes.
But "Man" has trouble with change. He is the first living entity to be
able to visuaize the concept of "Tomorrow". He is the first creature to
be able to understand his own impending death, And the idea was
unacceptable.
AND THE IDEA OF PERSONAL EXTINCTION WAS UNACCEPTABLE.
And so another---future world was created. It had to be. Personal
extinction, which was common in nature----was unacceptable to the
thinking being who might be subject to such extinction.
I can go on and on with this. But so can you.
And, as a man, let me add: I have always hoped to be wrong.
