One might visit our "Florida Shellers Guide" page on the Jacksonville
Shell Club web pages.  While those pages may not give you all the
information
that you desire, it certainly will point you in the right direction as to
where information may be obtained.  One should go the "horses mouth"
so to speak (Florida Keys Marine Sanctuary) to get the most updated
information.

There are other restrictions in the pipeline (Tortugas), but not yet.
