There are various soil textural classes used by different countries. For instance
South Africa
clay <0.002 mm
Fine silt 0.002-0.02 mm
Sand and coarse silt 0.02- 2.0 mm

US
Silt 0.05-0.002 mm
Clay <0.002 mm
Sand 0.05- 2.0

The soil data I have is classified according to South African classification. I will use the data as input to the model ( CROPGRO) that I will be running. Is there any problem if I use the data as it is?

Thank you for your time.
