Please see the link provided by Tas Smith. As you heard Commissioner Black mention this good news on Thursday during the Convention, I thought you may want to see the actual news release.

It appears that the U.S. Department of Labor got the message regarding the importance of what you do each and every day in providing opportunities for students.
