Hey, guys. We are receiving entry forms without student names on them. We
cannot put them in the computer without all the information. Can you get a
message to your teachers that it really doesn't do us any good for them to
fill out a form saying "Mini-booth" or "Adirondack Chair" without the rest
of the information? Thanks. Lora
