Special evening with Dr. Allan Armitage, UGA horticulture guru

Have you ever wondered where plants get their names? Come hear Dr.
Allan Armitage recount interesting facts and sometimes funny stories
about his experiences in the gardens. Border's Bookstore is sponsoring
a free evening with Dr. "A" at Cine Theater in downtown Athens on June
22nd from 6:00-7:00PM. Grab a cool drink and delightful snack from
Cine's deli and learn how the Nellie R. Stevens holly got its name and
much more. - Anne Walker
