Here is the part of the Reference Card about setting options.  Send for the
reference card.  Tom's line is correct, however.

There are several options that you can set for how your subscription is
handled.  They include: sending you a confirmation when you post a message,
holding the mail while your are on vacation, and concealing your name from
other list members.  To learn more about these options send either or both
of the following commands:
        HELP
        INFO REFCARD
to the address:
        [log in to unmask]
