Dear Conklers:
With our continuing education first in mind, I have decided to let
you in on how certain shells were named. No, no, No, ---don't thank me.
    CONUS AUREOLUS:
Named by Sowerby after attending a baseball game in Baltimore.
    CONUS POLYGRAMMUS:
So called by Tomlin in honor of his maternal grandmother who had
been married seven times.
    More later.
